AC Compressor Oil Leak

Hello,
I have a '95 Lumina 3.1L w/ ~150K mi.
I have just noticed the AC compressor is leaking green oil near the pulley & clutch area. The oil is covering the pulley and getting slung around under the hood and on the lower rad. hose.
A couple months back, the AC was not blowing all that cold, so I added a can of Quest R134a w/ Subzero Synthetic A/C Booster to bring it up to about 35psi at 75 ambient at the time.
I also pulled out the clutch to clear the pulley by about 20-30mils b/c it was scraping.
The AC has been blowing ice cold ever since I added the 134a, even in today's 100F heat.
Someone told me to wait until it starts blowing warm again and then add another can w/ some sealant. Seems like I would risk burning up the compressor if I wait too long.
How can I stop the compressor oil from leaking?
Any ideas on the cause of the leak?
Thanks.
