Hi guys my father-in-law has a 91 Chevy Blazer with a 6 cylinder and thottle body.
Truck was running fine then it stop, will not start. It gets spark and the timing is right on.
I was able to disconnect the fuel pump and squirt fuel into the TB and it started until it ran out of fuel. (what I sprayed into it).
So with that being said I am thinking it is a fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump issue. However I am leaning more to the fuel pressure as when the fuel pump is connected I see fuel being squirted into the TB but it just will not start. I am thinking it is getting too much fuel.
Is there a regulator on this truck?
Compression test is good as I rebuilt this engin last summer for him.
Any suggestion would be great.

ENGINE CODE?
IS INJECTORS IN THROTTLE BODY?
What is fuel pressure reading?
Good spark to all plugs?
Are spark plugs black or white or wet on ends?

It is not throwing an engine code on the dash if that is what you are talking about. No trouble codes showing.
injectors in the TB....not sure what you mean by that. Its a TB.
Not sure of the fuel pressure as it only starts when I remove the relay under the dash that goes to the fuel pump and then spray some started fluid in the TB. It dies after it runs out of the starter fluid I sprayed in.
Yes good spark to all of the plugs. Checked this by removing the wire while cranking , good blue spark to all. It also has new wires.
Plugs are black, which that to me would indicate a rich fuel issue.

Check that fuel pressure.
If plugs are real black and wet on ends you need to put new ones in .
They never fire right after being gas fouled.
Get it on a scanner and check engine coolant sensor and air intake tempt sensors.
Also injector pulse readings and map sensor.
Is air intake on and the sensor plugged up?
