Can not get in to the car

My borther gas a big problem with his GS 300. He had two remotes for the car but as one died he kept it in the trunk in his bag( Battery died. Even with the remote in the trunk the doors locked). Now one remote got stole luckly the car was at a secure parking spot.

The question. Is there any other way to get into the car?( window smashing is not an option) or just the trunk so he can get the other remote. The locks will have to be changes as the stolen remote could be used.
