99 Ram 1500 starting problem

I have a 99 Ram 1500 with the 5.9L in it. There is an intermittent starting problem, but it is becoming more frequent. When I turn the key, there is nothing - no click, no turning over - nothing. If I turn the key on and off a few times, the truck will finally fire right up like there is nothing wrong at all. The battery is fairly new.
Starter failure? Starter solenoid? Battery/starter cables?

Turned out to be a bad starter.
