Water injection idea

Maybe some of you already have heard that water injection in small and controlled amounts can help increase the compression, mpg, cool the combustion chambers and help clean carbon deposits. This is my idea for the simple setup, and I would like to hear your opinion.
On the top of the upper manifold I would drill 3 holes for brass fittings to connect the vacuum lines as shown on the picture, then I would use another pcv valve to control water intake during engine idle, (during the idle or small engine loads it is important not to have too much water entering the intake, which is why I need this pcv to control it). During bigger loads on the engine pcv will open more and will allow more water to come in which is ideal. Notice that the rubber line that is inside of the water jar is very thin so that in the case pcv fails it will not hurt the engine since not much water will get in.
If you have better ideas feel free to add them to this picture.
