Wheres the ECU

I have a 1998 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 5spd. I am installing a APEXI Turbo Timer. Where is the ECU for the car. Also has anyone ever tried doing this on a cavalier.

In the right front fenderwell under the inner fender.

How do you get to the ECU. And do you know what color the ground is on the ECU. This timer specifically asks for the ECU ground if you are using O2 function. If not any ground will suffice. Please let me know what the ECU ground is. Thank you

Air Fuel Sensor
ECU Ground
Parking Brake
