You can not post photos of your real bike in modelling forum! :D
Great one, as usual!

Wow! Kunta, this is a hammer!
Very beautiful bike! Your painting skills are fantastic! Your model looks more like a real bike!
I and my collegs in office are very impressed!

When I first saw these, I just couldn't tell if it's a real bike or a model. Only the last photo kinda gives it away. Amazing work! I really like how thinly the paint seems to be laid on and thus, amazingly to scale. Also, would it be possible to have a wider-angle shot of your photo set-up? The background (especially the floor) is very effective. How did you create the flooring?

:eek2: Unbelievable!

It looks so real that at the first picture I thought it's the real bike he took as inspiration!

After the 2nd picture it started becoming clear that it's a model!

So crisp, so clean so real! :worshippy

My god, this is one of the builds where I can actually say it looks as the real thing. That first picture looks as something I can see at my Kawa dealer. Superb. Please give a step by step instruction on how you painted that exhaust. Looks fabulous, I want to be able to do that!
Once again, truely amazing. Was there a WIP on this one or did it come from out of the sky??

I was pissed that the owner parked it without locking the forks(they fall over that way) until I realized it wasn't real.

:eek7::eek2: You let me shocked... I don't know what to say... just incredible super fantastic work. As the other members said this looks like the real bike.

I think that I never saw a clean job on a 1/12 bike like yours.

Congratulations.

As usual Kunta , you did a great job on the bike. You seem to have tons of time for modelling. I wish I had it also.
What will be the next one?

Thanks for the comments!

How did you create the flooring?
I always take photos in the roof of my place. The floor material of the roof is a waterproofing plastic kind.
Smooth surface floor will look like concrete with the eyes of the reduction size.:p

Please give a step by step instruction on how you painted that exhaust. Was there a WIP on this one or did it come from out of the sky??

About muffler pipe paint. I applied clear blue/red/yellow/orange by airbrush
with very low air pressure.
I wrote WIP on only my website (http://www.works-y3f.com/m_cars/9_coming/2009/01_ZX-12R/ZX-12R-1.html). it written in Japanese, sorry.

What will be the next one?
I'm making a Hayabusa now. It will be completed in the middle of July.:smokin:

Mean and green, just like it should be! :evillol: Great build, Osamu, can't wait to see what you do with the Hayabusa.

I don't suppose you're planning to finish any cars soon?

Thanks for that, I'll have a look at the web site for reference. How large is the nozzle you use when doing the work on the exhaust?

can you tell me what color number did you use for the metallic lime green??

I mixed Mr.hobby color(#C64 Le Man Green + #C1 White + #C8 Silver) for it.
then applied #C48 Clear Yellow and Finisher's Auto Clear.

How large is the nozzle you use when doing the work on the exhaust?
/Joel
I used 0.2mm nozzle for exhaust pipes.
