Advice?

While changing the plugs in my 2003 i noticed that they were soaked in oil. I am assuming that there is a problem with the o-rings? If so, has anyone else experienced this problem and is it an expensive thing to repair? (Could there also be other possibilities for why this is occuring???)
As mentioned in previous postings, I also have a problem with the SRS lighting up while driving. It turns on and off occassionally. Is it safe for me to continue driving with this problem? Is there any danger of the airbags deploying automatically while driving?
My third and final question, I read from other postings of there being a recall concerning the RPM's going crazy (when in park they sometimes go up to 2000-3000 rpm). I'm also experiencing this problem. Has anyone had a problem with Mistsubishi respecting this recall? Many dealerships lie about stuff like that. I bought my car second hand, 6 months ago, will I be able to claim this recall? If so, should I contact the head office of Mitsubishi first about this recall or just trust that my local dealership will respect it and tell me the truth?
I would deeply appreciate any feed back on any of these questions. I rather get advice from people who know what they are talking about before bringing my car into the garage to be repaired (if you know what I mean, :2cents::runaround:)
Thanks
