and no there aren't as far as i know.

They are available, only they dont give you much power. Its waste of money. 2 of my friends have them. One with 4th gen and another one with 5th gen. As far as 4th gen there is no power increase, but not sure about 5th.

dont know yet. But ill try to find out. Keep in mind that with headers for 4th gen maxxie there is no power gain, waste of money.
