Horn is attached to the same bracket that the passenger fog light/fog light cover is right in the front bumper

Ya the the actual horn. So it's on the driver side of the bumper? For some reason my horn doesn't work and the fuses are fine. Just seeing if I even have the actual horn.

And the best pic I have at work... you can see the horn on the passenger side, attached to the radiator frame, it's the little round thing.

Just for the record my horn is on the driver side.

Also a very common problem with these car is the horn buttons on the stering wheel corrode and fail to make contact. This may be your problem if you find that your horn is still on the car. Its an easy fix, just disconnect the battery first, I always wait about 30min before messing with the airbags after disconnecting the battery. Then remove the air bag on the stering wheel and sand the contacts for the horn. You will see exactly what Im talking about when you go to do all of this.

Guess 95s are weird in more ways than one. Very odd.

Also agree with the horn buttons. Those are probably the thing to go first. Mine you have to kind of 'dig' the button on the wheel to honk it. Pain in the ass, but still works for now.
