E 350 Wont start

Have a 92 Ford E350 van which wont start. Has spark at the plugs, is getting gas to the cylinders and turns over fine, but refuses to start. has 213,000 miles on it.

Use a noid light and check the injectors for pulse. The link is a picture of a set. http://www.autopart.com/tools/toolsmain/tool/T_3401.htm
I assume checked fuel pressure.
You may have jumped time pull the distributor cap rotate by hand to 30 degrees past top dead center roll back to zero. Mark the rotor watch as you have somebody roll the engine stop as soon as the rotor starts to move. If it moved over 20 degrees before the rotor started turning think new timing chain. This is borderline.
