I tried to grease the rear axle somehow one of the nipples is hard to reach with standard grease gun filler head, is there any smaller size head of the grease gun that is available in the market that could reach it ?

Huh ?
There aren't any grease fittings on the rear axle, it uses gear oil.
But anyhow, there are other attachments for a grease gun in addition to the standard push-on one for Zerk fittings. There are several types of needle fittings. 4WD Toyotas come with one to use on the double-Cardan joint in the front driveshaft (at least they used to).

you are right, it is rear drive shaft that has one nipple buried little down hard to reach for standard grease gun hose, so I have to look for some attachment to reach this spot.
