Hard shift...Shift solenoid or torque conv?

97 Regal GS...4t65e-hd Just had tranny rebuilt...Got it back and it shifts fast and hard between first and second gear...Its ok between second and third...It shifts a little hard between 3rd and 4th....If they re-used the shift soleniods could it cause this? could other things such as TPS or the computer cause the hard and fast shift? ps there are no codes relating to the tranny coming up...It is shifting too hard and i am concerned it could cause damage to the tranny, motor mounts or axles...I have a cheap scan tool that is not showing any codes...If i go to the dealer can they better diagnose the hard shift with the Tech 1 or 2...Does it show line pressure and tranny temp etc...
