When i put on the gas the drive shaft clicks. Take off the gas and it kinda goes away. I lifted the rear end up and ran it and listened to it and it comes from the driveshaft. It sounds like one of the springs in the rear brakes are clicking like a card on a bike tire. But I dont know if the sound would travel thru the driveshaft but also it goes away when you let off the gas. Hear it really good under load. Any idea what it could be? Thanks

Pull the drive shaft loose from the differential yoke and see if the U-joints are stiff. A dry joint will resonate through the drive shaft. Very common!

You need a new u joint. Just drive the old one out of the driveshaft and press in the new one. Don't try to lube the needle bearings. They are beyond help.
