Advice for Prius/Hybrid shopper?

I'm surprised that there are only three pages of posts here on the Prius.
Can anyone point me to any other forum either specializing in Priuses or Hybrids, or tell me of a list of advice to consider, things to look out for when buying one of these?

I was thinking of buying a hybrid car for myself and then I got some interesting piece of information. There are VW Blue Motion line which are using a diesel engines and they are more simple than hybrids and also they are less fuel consuming than hybrids. Also the maintenance is less expensive than the maintenance of the hybrids. With this cars actually the whole needs for hybrids are questioned.
If you need a smaller car you can buy a VW Polo Blue Motion. If you need a compact vehicle you can buy a VW Golf Blue Motion and if you need a full size business or family car you can thing about VW Blue Motion Passat.
The VW Blue Motion car line got the 2010 World Green car of the year award.
