1995 Ford ranger 3.0 A/C line help

I am removing the motor. #1 goes to port injectors. ? has charging port. #2 is A/C line and runs behind #1 lines. I am trying not to disturb A/C lines and just leave it alone. What is #1 charged with? It has a "Tire valve port" and a vacume sylanoid on top mid left of center of engine.
