need parts!! PLEASE HELP!!

HI, im new to this forum so i hope you guys can help me. i just bought a 1992 honda civic 4 door and it has a b18b1 swap on it. im trying to find cheap jdm parts (front/back bumper, fenders, hood, headlights). im not in a rush but i need the parts so i can start working on my civic. also the engine that the car came with has a straight pipe and it sounds awful! im trying to figure out what exhaust system will work for the car. im in nc and i heard that i still need a catalytic converter for my car to pass the emmission test, is this true? please help me!!. :runaround:
