Is there an easier way of changing the filter other than removing the bumper? And does anyone know how long the filter last, like how often to change it? Thanks much!

i hope by front bumper you mean the splash guards on the front right wheelwell. that's how i did mine (by taking off the splash guard). aem intakes come with k and n filters, and they have cleaning kits you can buy online or in a performance store. they don't need to be replaced unless they get damaged. cleaning depends on what roads you drive on. if they are dusty, maybe once a year, if not every few years.

gsr i think is different from gs (as far as where the filter is). sorry for the wrong info if that's the case.

i didnt have to remove my bumper back when i had a cai.

most local autoparts stores are k&n dealers, im sure they have cleaning/re-oiling kits in stock

you should clean your filter at least every 15,000 miles.
