Try using a setter.

sry, the problem is the setter i think. i used mr mark setter for the decals to stick and its left marks.

Yes, mr. setter is for stick decal to part. Always when I stick decal and I must correct I use a setter again and I still can move the decal

I hope is just some glue from the decals and not your white paint from the decals.
Try to use warm water, a soft paintbrush and dishwash - detergent ( the liquid one ).
I use Micro Set and Sol, and when i have this situation i simply wash in this way.

I have been running into this problem lately. One thing to tell you is don't spray clear coat on the decals if they have those spots, it intensifies it a lot. I ruined a few pieces by laying clear down.

My spots are usually round, when using the solutions try not to leave big drops behind for them to dry. Try to get most of the solution off of the model parts before using a hairdryer or leaving it to completely dry.

I had good results with warm soapy water, but be careful as it can lift the decals up again. Also, i tryed tamiyas fine compound and it worked. Anything you try, use caution.

thanx for the advice. i managed to get most of it with warm soapy water but i made the mistake of not wiping it right after i put the decals on so its pretty dry and on there good. o well, its my first build and still have lots to learn
