This scene depicts what happens when you park a nice car in the wrong neighborhood. The Diorama city block is by Scale Models by Chris along with the traffic light and newspaper machine. The Caddy is from Revell. I built this car with all intentions on this diorama so I left off the wheels, trunk, and doors. The radio and in dash entertainment system has been removed and all the wiring exposed. The seats where also stolen you can see the plugs on the floor for the electric seats. Airbags are a hot commodities so that was stolen also. You can see the rear drivers side window has been smashed out glass is everywhere, All the speakers, amps and TV's where stolen you can see all the wiring hanging out everywhere. The police officer is on the scene taking the report while a bum and his friend watch nearby. MORE PICS AT THE LINK BELOW

nice diorama but its slightly inaccurate by experience, rim thieves stopped using cinderblocks around 99. they would however steal the head and taillights, grill, passenger side airbag and seats.

How would you know if all thieves stopped using blocks at those certain years? Wouldn't that just depend on the thief himself?
I think it's a funny subject (I mean funny as in this diorama, not as in the real situation of one's car being screwed up :) ) I would suggest some things you could improve on: Using smaller wires to match the scale (use the ones with multiple metal strands within the sheathing, strip the end, and paint the metal strands one by one) and complete the exposed brakes with lugs, or just make them look like the lugs have been chopped off along with the wheels. Also, it might be good to add some more detail painting for the interior shades/door jambs/weatherstrip since it is a part that would get lots of attention. I am surprised the thieves forgot to take those brembo brakes! :lol2:
Overall you put lots of detail on this diorama! With more work put into the dismembered car itself this would look astonishing.

And i used to live in detroit michigan...lol.I agree with the little extra detail to car though.Where did you get the motorcycle from is it a model too?Or is it just a diecast item
