Problems with the intermitant windshield wipers on a 2005 Dodge Ram

Just purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup. Having a couple of issues. One I noticed right away was that when you use the fog lights and you switch from low to high beams for over 5 minutes when you go back down to low beams the lamp out light goes off on the dash and the left headlight goes out and the fog lights quit working. Guessing a switch or a relay on that. The other problem I have noticed is after running the wipers on delay for a period of a half hour, they act like they are on low instead of delay and when you shut them off, they run for a few extra strokes. Any ideas? thanks in advance.

Guess that means not much we can do about the wipers..
Jim, I have after market fog lights, not wired throught the cluster box.. so have not run into that issue.
But wipers, you can almost time it when they multi cycle instead of on intermitant..

Figured out the fog lights Had it wired backwards. Still have some wiper issues but am going to replace the multi function switch which should take care of that problem.
