scanning the fuel

hello
i have a alfa romeo 156 1.6 twin spark 1999, and it dont have a computer onboar, for me to see the fuel that i'm spending. I know there is some Automotive Computer, but the only i know is the scangauge, and it doesen't work on my car because i dont have the OBDII. do you know something like this that works in my car.
