The build doesn't look too bad (ie. no glue running down the sides!)
The paint obviously went on a bit lumpy - looks like my mates brush-painted Kombi :)

Well, practice makes perfect, and we'll look forward to seeing your next project.

The engine bay acually looks pretty good.

And I like the color scheme.

What about the hood? Doesn't fit?

Maybe you should have sanded a bit before applying clear.

Engine looks good. Stay on the lighter side of spraying the body. Always use a couple mist coats, followed by one or two heavier coats.

So the part's didn't fit well? :( I have this kit in my closet waiting to get built. I guess I will get it out when I have some patience. Good job though.

Haha, I "had" this kit, but now it's been converted to a Sil80. I will be starting on it soon though. Doesn't look that bad, just keep practicing. It looks better than my first model which was crap. But I eventually went back to it and fixed it and now looks decent.
