06 Saturn Vue Rear Pop

Hello all,

New owner of a 2006 Saturn Vue, has the 3.5 V6. Anyways, i noticed today that when starting to turn right, there is a pop sound from the passenger side rear wheel. I don't yet have the Haynes manual, and i'm new to this car, yet a fairly descent mechanic as is. Anyways, is there something known around the rear suspension that would make pop when turning?
