Headlight Warning Chime and no cluster illum.

Just put new HID lights in now I have no cluster illumination, the headlight warning chime won't stop while the driver door is open, and the parking lights won't come on. Fuse, relay??????

Nevermind it was #37 fuse under the hood. I had looked at the wrong one the first time
