1998 1.6 EL question

My friend has a 1998 EL with close to 300,000KM on it. She just told me the other day that she's never had the timing belt changed on it. Obviously LONG over due. I'm mechanically inclined, and offered to help change it. I've never worked on a Civic engine. I searched the forum, but couldn't find any links for a DIY job. Anyone know of a good tutorial I can have a look over? I understand it's best to change the water pump at the same time. She doesn't have a lot of money, so taking it to the dealer just isn't an option for her at this time.
