96 Sebring Conv. no spark/no start

Car has no spark. I just installed the cam shaft position sensor and it still didn't start. The cam shaft position sensor requires a pig tail connector to fit onto the new one. It's a pain in the ass. I tested the coil's resistance the secondary test passed but the primary test was a bit off. The manual says to check for the resistance and spec should be between .045 -.065 ohms it was at .087 It's so close so I didn't think it would be a problem can anybody help me out?
