I'm having a problem compressing my rear brake callipers.

they are the type that screw in and out to compress but it wont go in what am I doing wrong

Welcome to the forum teebird. If you can't turn the piston in either direction then it sounds like it is seized to the push rod or the caliper bore. Is the dust boot torn?
