Hello,
92 Honda Civic, 1.5L 4-Dr, No ABS:
History that led up to problem:
Had a knocking sound coming from right front tire.
Investigation of noise showed that the top bold that holds the caliper assymbly on was missing. Caliper was still in place on disc, although could easily move through radius of bottom bolt. Pads still had 50% or better pad left. Replaced bolt and reassymbled.
Started car and lost brake pedal. The car had a great pedal prior to bolt replacement.
Pedal will fall all the way to floor with brakes activating but very soft.
Bleeded brakes. No change.
Replaced both the master cyclinder and booster, and bleeded all four lines.
Pedal has no change.
When the car is off, I have full pedal. When the car is on, pedal travels to floor with slight brake activation.
Please help?

Not sure as to why, but the problem was with the caliper. Replaced caliper, and it works fine.
