I need help identifying this car

This picture was taken on a Norwegian-Russian border farm sometime in the mid 60s, if that provides any kind of clue. Any and all info on what the car is would be most welcome. Kind regards.

This is most likely a car made in Russia . Google the term " antique Russian cars " and see what comes up ? Let us know what you find !
