Rotten rims

Hi, my 1997 Lincoln Continental rims have rusted through.
I would like to replace them on the cheap. Not sure if i have to stay with 16" rims or if I could change the size of the rim?

Any ideas on what would work, does not have to be fancy just clean.

What is the bolt pattern on these 16" rims please.
I wanted to buy some lighter rims to try and cut down on the weight of the car.
