turning a rb26dett to a single turbo

can someone show me how to turn the twin turbos on the r32 engine in to a single one and also show me how to make the pipes which the turbo will connect to and where everything will be placed

Run a google image search by "rb26 single turbo", or "rb25det". You'll find tons of reference photos.
Basically, you just have to connect six exhaust pipes into one turbo. That will determine the location of the turbo charger. Then add the usual turbo pipings, such as...
<intake side>
air filter box -> turbo
turbo -> intercooler
intercooler -> intake chamber

<exhaust side>
engine -> turbo
turbo -> catalytic converter
