Should I change my spark gap as I add mods or leave it alone? What about fuel pressure?

Leave your Gap alone. As for fuel pressure, you will need to take your car to a Dyno to really get any power out of it by playing with the fuel pressure... :D

Yea, adjusting your gap is a thing of the past when weaker metals were used and now most manufacturers use platinum right out the factory, thus you don't change your plugs for at least 100k miles. Also you won't need to change your fuel pressure unless you are going to a high flow intake, or a supercharger/ turbo system or combo w/high output exhaust.
