WTB 98 Galant but...

This is a beautiful car, '98 gtz v6? auto trans. pwr everything. Dealer got it on a trade in. Problem is the horn will not quit blowing. Only when the key is on. Not beep-beep-beep, straight on, all the time the key is in the on position.
Want this car, but not the noise. Any idea what might be causing this?

Also, anything in particular I should check on this model before I buy?

I had a VW fox that as the weather got colder the horn would start blowing, turns out as the switch contracted due to the cold the contacts got close enough together to close the circuit. Replaced the switch and problem solved. Until I replaced the switch I just unplugged the horn.
