NASA TTB Appendix B change for GTRA shocks

Received word from Greg Greenbaum, NASA national director for TT, PT and ST, that the Koni black aluminum SP8 shocks will now be allowed for GTRA cars in TTB. This change will be posted on the NASA Provisional Classing forum and the change made to the regs on the TT and PT web sites.
