93 olds cutlass 3.4 engine stall

I am working on a 93 olds cutlass supreme 3.4L engine.
problem after at normal operating temp engine loads up when coming to a stop, and at a stop. retrieved code 15 ect replaced ect sensor was broken, cleared code road tested problem still there does anyone have a fix or know problem to look at for this concern.
