I have a 93 cav with a 2.2 that is acting up bad. flooding grey smoke, rough idle and running. I have replaced all spark plus, the tp sensor the map sensor and the number 1 fuel injector Per the mechanics advise that it was stuck open) any ideas whats next. Besides scraping.

I'd check the compression across all the cylinders, could be a blown head gasket dripping water into the cylinders. Burning very dirty coolant is a bit greyish (but mostly white, as coolant smoke generally is), and very dirty coolant could have destroyed the head gasket. That's where I would start. Also check for a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum hose off of it, it should be dry inside. If it is wet, it's leaking fuel into the engine and running rich, which would make black smoke.
