That is absolutely fantastic! I love it. As a Volkswagen enthusiast, I hate to see them in other than perfect condition. But this is really well done. The chipped, worn paint is just about the best I've ever seen. How did you do it?

The rest of your diorama setting is super cool, too.

WOW!!
Beautiful job, you did a really great job, that rusty paint looks exceptionally realistic!

just one thing, i belive the roof is a canvas or some kind of fabric, so it shouldn'n look like the rest of the van.

again, your work is fenomenal, congrats!

Amazing work Kai!!!!!!!!!!

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/6471828/6365393864383161.jpg That looks awsome!!! Can you tell us how you achieved that, the way the rust colour showing through the paint?
The finish, stance, everything is perfectly weathered looking! Keep up the terrific work! Hope to see more from you!

Really fantastic work throughout! The rust effect is astonishingly good! A real one probably wouldn't look as real. Can't say enough good things about this

Welcome, nice to see another German modeler here

Great work! Very convincing weathered finish. I have plans for a similar style on a singlecab.

Great job Kai, you are very skilled for a 16 year old modeller!

You must be some kind of freak to be as young as you claim to be, but build as though you've been doing it for decades longer than you've been alive! haha

That bus looks....I have no words to convey my amazement about your DUB. Perfection? doesn't come close to how good it looks.

You should win ALL trophies with this one.

Great stuff! Considering your age, I think you have some major potential. You must try to come to the model show in Frankfurt/Main the first weekend in November. You can meet a lot of nice people there and get heaps of inspiration. That diorama of yours will draw some admiring looks, for sure.

Cheers, Sebastian (also from Germany)
