abs light on headlights turn off

i have a 97 passat glx with a vr6 motor. My abs and brake come on about every 30 seconds and when they come on my headllights,blower fan, and radiator fans all turn off until the abs and brake lights turn off. this problem just started and it does it inermittently . got any ideas
