You should be able to do everything for around $1500 if you do the work yourself. If you have it done by someone add about $1000 for labor.

The exhaust mods are the biggest part of the expense, but GTP Dad is right there with his estimate. Also, if you're going hi-flow cat, a post-cat o2 simulator might be a good bet also.

I agree Rich, but look into others besides the one from ZZP, mine went bad after a a few months of service. I just plugged my O2 back in so I only get the P0420 code once ever few days instead of the P0138 constantly.
I have a powertuner on the way so I can just delete the P0420 out of the PCM.
If your going to buy a PCM, look into getting the P0420 code removed. It might be a bit more expensive, but it will save you money and headaches in the future. :banghead:
BTW, I have heard of quality issues with ZZP PCM's lately.

as far as PCMs go, no. none at all. since i bought my grand prix ive been surfing the grand prix forum sites and have read nothing but negative stuff about ZZP/3800performacne PCMs. i plan on getting one from overkill motorsports. ive also read great stuff about www.intense-racing.com PCMs

Personally I would go with a DHP tuned PCM. I have seen a number of engines that were damaged running the Intense PCM's.
