96 A4 2.8 headlights

HI everyone,
I have a 96 A4 and the head lamps would intermittently stop working. More specifically the low beams, high beams, and foglamps all were inoperative flash to pass however did work. I diagnosed it as a headlamp switch issue. I installed the new switch and now I have low beams and fog lamps but no high beams or flash to pass. I was able to supply battery voltage to the high beam circuit at the switch connector and light up the high beam bulbs so I think I have another bad switch. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Check the wiring too. Maybe it is happening due to some cut.

Sounds like your ground wire might be lose, try re-attaching it.
