The fan does not need to be on until the engine gets at a certain temperature. If this fails then just install a toggle switch on the dash so you can turn it on manually

disconnect ect and start the engine, fan should come on if you want to make sure it works.

thanks, the fan does work.
i am having trouble finding a wire thats hot when the key is on so i can wire the fan into it . the fan will just run all the time.

does someone know of a powerful enough wire that i can splice into???

i tried a wire on the left side of the stearing column. i thought it was fixed until i tried to turn the car off. and it wouldnt turn off. so that wire did not work:(

thanks again

- check your coolant level again
- wait until the needle gets to about 80% of the normal operating range.
The first line on your gauge is 100, then you have another 5 lines after that (between the 4th and 5th you have that red line 260 F), now between your 3rd and 4th line is your normal engine operating temperature, so wait until the needle goes to about 80-85% of your normal operating engine temp.

your fan is working fine:grinyes:
