rear of car felt like

it was shaking really bad on the right side and there was grind noise like bare breacks rubbing together. It did all of this while i was driving about 30 to 40 mph I kno it's not the breaks they are still about 70% and i did to it the shop about 3 months ago to get a new bearing put in on that side twice in less than 2 months apart. then today it when really crazy .
note I did just replace thee Rack & Pinion 2 days ago and that was the first time i rove the car because i still had a rental car . All i kno is that i love this car alot but i might have give it up and get something else It's a 1994 thunderbird lx man its gonna be a sad day when i have to put her sleep:crying::crying::crying::crying:

Jack up the rear wheel and check it to see how loose it is. Bearing might have gone out again, severely.
