3.8 Intake Removal problem

Hi, I am in the midst of trying to remove the heads on my 1988 buick park avenue with a 3.8 liter engine. I have the top end and exhaust removed except for the intake manifold. I am unable to access an intake bolt because of the throttle body section. Trying to remove the throttle body has been puzzling. I removed the two "main" bolts, and removed a couple of 10 milimeter bolts underneath - that were securing a pipe.
Even after all of these bolts, the throttle body will not come off. I can't find anymore bolts, and I can't seem to pry off the "pipe". Is there an easier way to get the intake off?

do you have all the hoses and electrical unplugged. is seems like i remember a small hose on the bottom of the tb that is a pain to get to, but is incredibly strong.

There is a metal tube under the throttle body... And chances are you'll break that tube trying to remove it... Thats whats holding you there..
