2003 sporatic idling and stalls

I need some help. My 2003 Envoy just started behaving irratically. Sometimes when I stop at a traffic light, the idle is not consistant, and sometimes stalls if I hit the gas and let the idle go up then drop on its own. Also feels like it wants to jerk forward when stopped. No engine lights or other indicators. Any ideas????

My wife's 02 Envoy is doing the same thing. Did you ever find out what was the problem with yours?

Yes, I cleaned the throttle body and everything was fine after that. It was very dirty!
