Hey guys. My name's Emily, and I stumbled across this site while looking up sol stuff. I have a 94 VTEC that I love to death. (In the pic, it's the one with the UGA G license plate on the front.. round thingie that blings oncoming drivers ). Also, if any of you are in or around Georgia, pleeeeease go to www.teamsolgeorgia.cjb.net and snoop around.. and if you like it, sign up! :) OK I'm out. See y'all later!

The S2000 is the nice girl you bring home to your parents... the del Sol is the wild child slut you're bangin on the side and loving it!
Not a mid engine.. on the inside, it's basically the same as a civic.. but the exterior and stuff are way different.. 2 doors, 2 seats, removable targa top.. Same engines as a civic, though... D15, D16, B16. It was originally made in Japan as the 3rd gen (I believe) CRX, and was named CRX del Sol over there. The reason for the civic affiliation in America is because the CRX was released as a Civic CRX, not its own model, so since the del Sol replaced the older CRX, they just named the new one the Civic del Sol. There is a rear engine sol in Japan, with a 6 cylinder engine in it.. jealousy... They're fun, no matter what engine they have. :)
