00 RAV4 keyless remote?

Hi all,

I just purchased a 2000 RAV4 for my son, it has power locks and windows. Previous owner did not have a keyless remote. How can I find out if his car has that option and if so can I buy an after market remote on eBay? I would greatly appreciate an email response [email protected] ([email protected]) Thanks!
