Convertible top repair/glue?

My sister just bought a "new" '93 Dodge Shadow Convertible :jerking:. The top on it has been replaced--but the glue that holds it to the frame on the sides has come undone and the rainy season is coming here in Florida very soon.

How difficult is it to reglue these things? And what kinds of materials/glue would I need in order to do so? Any advice would be appreciated. :)
