I hope someone starts a Z4 forum. Sorry, but I haven't the time, however, as a week-long owner of a loaded Z4 3.0i, I can tell you I am a very happy camper. I have the urban green model with the tan top. I have never owned a car where I have received more unsolicited favorable comments. I was pulled over by the highway patrol yesterday for going 71 in a 55 zone, and he just wanted to talk about the car and ultimately decided not to give me a ticket based on the fact that it was understandable that I was just "getting used to it."
