I have a '99 Tahoe with the tow package. It has a light duty and a heavy duty wiring harness. What's the difference?

We have an enclosed trailer for my son's kart racing. Single axle, no trailer brakes, 4 pin flat connector. Which harness should I use?

Does anyone have the color codes of the wires?
